Full ZIP – 8.88 GB for the After Effects version, 29.3 GB for the Premiere Pro version. A single file, best if you have a fast and stable internet connection.

No. You can download directly from the link without signing in.
Download the ZIP file and ensure it’s fully downloaded without errors. Then, use a ZIP extraction tool such as WinRAR, 7-Zip, or your operating system’s built-in extractor to unzip the contents.
To update the bundle, first download the update ZIP file. Make sure the original bundle is already unzipped and installed.
Next, unzip the update contents into the same folder where the original bundle is located. When asked whether to replace files, choose “Yes”.
Then, open After Effects or Premiere Pro and use the AtomX interface to uninstall the bundle. This removes it from the extension, but does not delete your actual files and folders.
Finally, reinstall the updated bundle using your email and activation code. The updated content will now be available in your library.
If you run into any issues, feel free to check this video or contact support.
