I stand behind the quality of my products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact me within 30 days of purchase and I’ll issue a refund.

When refunds are not available

More than 30 days have passed since the purchase
The terms of service have been breached, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution

Wrong software version

If you purchased the After Effects or Premiere Pro version by mistake and haven’t yet downloaded it, contact me and I’ll switch your access to the correct version at no charge — no refund or repurchase needed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact me at contact@wedesignmotion.com. Please include your order details so I can locate your purchase and process the request.

Refund processing

Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important note

I reserve the right to deny a refund or version swap if I believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
