Refunds

We Design Motion is dedicated to delivering high-quality motion graphics templates, customization tools, and free educational resources. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. To address these, we offer refunds under specific circumstances.

Eligibility for a refund

  • Technical issues beyond repair: if a product has bugs, compatibility problems, or missing files that prevent its use, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be provided.
  • Accidental purchases: if a customer buys the wrong version of a product (e.g., Premiere Pro instead of After Effects) and the files have not been downloaded, we can process an exchange for the correct version or issue a refund.
  • Product not as described: if the product does not match the description, previews, or advertised features, and this discrepancy impacts its usability, a refund will be considered.
  • Unusable purchase: if the product has not been downloaded or accessed, and the refund request is made within 7 days, we will review and may approve the refund.

When refunds are not available

  • Downloaded and used product: if the product has been downloaded and is functional as intended, refunds are not applicable due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods.
  • Change of mind: refunds will not be issued if the customer decides they no longer want the product or found an alternative after purchase.
  • Lack of expertise: refunds are not offered if the customer cannot use the product due to insufficient skills or knowledge. However, support and tutorials are available to assist.
  • Violation of terms: if the customer has breached the terms of service, such as sharing the product illegally, a refund will not be granted.
  • Adobe updates affecting functionality: refunds cannot be provided if an Adobe software update causes compatibility issues, as this is outside our control. However, we will strive to update our products to maintain compatibility.
  • Other reasons: refunds will not be issued for any other reason unless the issue is a proven, unsolvable problem that we are unable to resolve.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@wedesignmotion.com. Include the reason for the refund and any relevant details (e.g., error messages, screenshots, or proof of issue) in your request.

Refund processing

Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important note

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe that the request is fraudulent or abusive.
